2. What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly, namely:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address when you order via WhatsApp or send us a message.
- Delivery details — your physical address when you place an order for delivery.
- Email address — when you sign up to be notified about Stays or future product launches.
- Technical data — anonymised analytics (pages visited, device type, country) collected by our analytics provider. We do not use this to identify you personally.
3. Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — confirm availability, arrange delivery and process payment.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To send you updates you have asked for (e.g. when Stays bookings open).
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is being used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
4. How we store it
Order and contact information is held in our private business records (encrypted cloud storage). We retain it only for as long as it is necessary to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations under South African law.
